Let's find your dream home

"Edwena was very professional from the beginning of the selling process until the very end. She guided us through all of the steps knowing that it had been 23 years since we purchased our home and preparing to sell was very different for us this time. Our house sold quickly and she made sure that we knew what was needed along the way!"

"Ms. Potter showed tremendous professionalism and competence in helping navigate the sell of my property. My situation required a quick sale, which she deftly handled. Her counsel during the stressful time made the situation far easier than it would otherwise be. Edwena Potter is a rock star!"

"Edwena at Keller Williams was great to work with. She definitely got the job done! Went to great lengths to show our home with open houses several times. It took longer to sell our home than we were anticipating. I think that was more a function of market conditions than anything. At the end of the day, there were 7 homes in our subdivision for sale over a 3 month period, and ours was one of two that actually sold. Way to go team!"

"Edwena Potter did a great job helping me buy my townhome recently. All went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with Edwena’s input. As I told Edwena, I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends of mine who might be in the market for another home."

"Could not recommend enough! Edwena did such a good job explaining everything in layman’s terms. Any questions I had, she had the answer to and never made me feel like it was a dumb question. She made sure the remind me of dates, information needed, and what was due when. She’s very knowledgeable with not just house information but when it comes to lenders and builders as well!"

"Great service! Edwena and team was very efficient and professional along the whole process of selling the house. The experience repeated when buying my new home! It has been a great experience overall and I highly recommend them."

"A big shout out to Edwena Potter who just handled our home sale in Stonehill Farms. Fastest process we’ve EVER encountered. A total of 8 weeks start to finish! From our first meeting with her in January.... to a contract in 10 days after going on market then to close 13 days later with proceeds in the bank same day. Plus she drove approximately two hours in today’s horrible weather to pick up our closing documents and deliver them back to the Title Company in Flower Mound since we had already moved and for disbursement to take place.
INCREDIBLE!!! If you are looking for the BEST REALTOR and an EXPERT in Stonehill Farms Real Estate, Edwena is your go to girl and should be your first pick. Thank you Edwena and GREAT JOB!!!!
